1. Fitness exercises that are directed towards specific parts of the body
This exercise is known as “spot – training”, but unfortunately does not help to combust the fat. When you lose weight, you cannot choose which part of the body will show a reduction of the weight. It is your body that determines which supplies will use. For example: if you make abdominal exercises, you will strengthen your abdominal muscles, but it will not reduce the fat on the abdomen.
2. If you are unable to do exercises often, then the exercise does not make sense
If you cannot stand out 30 minutes exercising, then you should divide it into three parts. These three parts should last ten minutes. 5. The diet plays the major role
You can find your perfect program to exercise, but if your diet is not adequate, then your body will not be magically transformed into a well built body. Besides the training, the diet is the greatest factor. The diet should consist of the actual amount of calories through a combination of proteins, fat and carbohydrates. At the same time it must contain fiber and micronutrients. The micronutrients are vitamins and minerals that play big role in nutrition.
